"There was a phone in the room but did not work (actually was not connected to anything). We reported it to the person who was behind the counter every day for the first 4 days (we had to stay in this hotel for 10 days because we had paid for it in advance) but they could not do anything about it. "The breakfast was limited in options but was willing to make accommodations with what they had. The pool was filthy but they did clean it day 3. The gym was pretty good. Overall decent stay outside of the constant heavy walking in the room above me…heavy boots."

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic - super friendly and professional. Everyone seemed genuinely happy. The front desk staff especially deserves accolades for staying professional while dealing with a huge obnoxious group of soccer players and broken elevators all weekend. Two out of three elevators were broken which was a huge inconvenience; whomever is in charge of maintenance should have been prioritizing repairs yet they remained broken all weekend. The fact that...
