"Clean, friendly staff, great extras, the breakfast was good. I gave it 4 starts for the patio furniture outside was worn and had tears in spots. Also, there was no Orange Juice available because they were out of it for all 3 of the days I had stayed there."

"Pool was closed which I was looking forward too. The toliet seat in my room was chipping and looked dirty. The bed was super hard and not comfortable at all as well as the pillows were very flat. Nice hotel but could definitely be better. The location was also difficult to find at first as it’s hidden behind other businesses."

"The staff at this hotel were excellent!!! I haven’t experienced welcoming, attentive, kind and personal staff as I did here. Breakfast was nice, but more importantly it was clean! The lady employee cleaned the counters, handles, tables and pretty much everything. I could tell she took pride and the safety of her customers seriously. I wish I got her name. When I look at reviews cleanliness and staff are the number one deciding factor for me. This location was the best I have ever experienced. ...

"Room was nice and clean. Staff started friendly. They really need to update the bathrooms to be the most expensive hotel in the area. Heavy construction in front and side makes it hard to access but at least they didnt charge for parking like they have before. The breakfast was above average"

"This hotel needs seperate parking for its guests. As it is, parking is shared with resturants, stores, and apartments! Our room, 427, top floor, suffered from what sounded like utility equipment on the roof; a deep, throbbing rumble, not unlike a diesel locomotive idling. The floor need a good cleaning, my bare feet bottoms were black entering the shower. The long tray shower was extremely slippery, a rubber mat was needed, I used a towel to avoid falling. It seems the shower tray was not...

"Hotel location is amazing. Parking was limited so be prepared. We got lucky and got a spot as someone was pulling out. Checkin was easy, but the girl checking us in failed to tell us that we have to order our breakfast and they bring it to us. It’s not buffet style. So we were a little rushed for our appointment bc of the wait. Otherwise, our experience was lovely. Oh, Need hooks in the bathrooms for towels."
