"The room had damages: damaged curtain, scuffed tub, broken tile. It was nice overall and clean. The breakfast was not edible. The pool was very nice, and the staff were very kind. It's inexpensive, convenient, clean with nice people. I'd stay there again, but I'd be planning other options for breakfast."

"The room was dirty and had a strong odor. There was a live roach in the bathroom, and the toilet would not flush and repeatedly backed up. Breakfast was also disappointing— the cream cheese was warm, the eggs were cold, and when a guest asked for more eggs, a staff member squeezed them out of a plastic bag in front of all the people eating. It was very unappetizing. Other than that, the hotel is in a good location near the freeway and convenient restaurants. "

"Vi havde brug for et billigt hotel til en enkelt overnatning på vej fra Dallas til Alexandria, og Super 8 Garland er godt til sådan et formål. Det er meget basic men rent og har store værelser med gode senge. Morgenmaden er ikke i den sunde ende, men hvis du kan leve med en kop tynd kaffe og en waffle eller donut kan det gå an. Dette hotel skal helt klart vurderes ud fra prisen, som er i den klart billige ende: 270 kr. pr nat, og derfor giver jeg det 4 stjerner. Men hvis du forventer et lækkert...

"Easy check in friendly staff"

"This place is disgusting. Crawling with roaches. They have the audacity to claim it a "non-smoking motel". Cigarette holes in the bedding and mattress. Our toilet hardly worked. The microwave barely worked. We left the room with some cereal on the floor we couldn't sweep up with no broom but not all over the floor. I unfortunately had to go back after checkout when we couldn't find my husband's DL. Only to be told upon leaving, that the house keeper said we left the room nasty and that the owner...

"Room was spacious and super clean. The sliding door on the bathroom was hard to close sometimes, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The AC goes on and off rather than regulating at a steady temp, so a bit annoying. Also, the elevator wasn’t working about half the time we were there. Breakfast and coffee good and fresh. Location unbeatable. Decent gym. Some staff great, others a little abrupt. "

"Don’t know what all the positive reviews are for this place but it’s a “get what you pay for” type of motel. Typical 70 yr old+ roadside motel with an obvious emphasis on cutting costs wherever possible, from no breakfast to old crappy furniture, threadbare towels and uncomfortable mattresses with no blankets. Typical window AC that runs too loud to sleep. Would strongly not recommend. Last motel 6 I stayed at was FAR superior to this dump."

"Rooms were good and everything was ok as well. Only issue was not the fault of the hotel, the G.P.S. getting you to the hotel was all jacked up. It put us into the industrial area behind the hotel which required us to be about 1 block from the hotel."
