The Space:

Stylish retreat in Assembly Square, offering modern comforts and prime city access! Whether you’re exploring the heart of Boston or relaxing in your luxurious space, you’ll have everything you need for a memorable stay in one of Somerville’s most vibrant neighborhoods.



Master Bedroom features a deluxe King Size bed, with our indulgent custom linens, fluffy duvet, and plush pillows, TV and TV Stand, two night tables with lamps, clock radio, dresser and very spacious closets.



Second Bedroom features 2X deluxe Twin Size beds, with our indulgent custom linens, fluffy duvet, and plush pillows, one night tables with lamps, clock radio, dresser and very spacious closets.



The Living Room includes 2X love-sofa - seating for 4 to 6 people, 2X folding bed (at request), an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, a dining area with seating for four and a work desk with lamp and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access. Please note that roof-top is not attached to condo but part of building amenities.

Guest Access:

Only guests listed on the reservation or pre-approved, will have access to the apartment, and all complex amenities.



If you plan to invite visitors during your stay, please ensure they are pre-approved and officially added to your reservation in advance. The building staff can then smoothly facilitate their entry. Please note that you may have at most up to two approved outside visitors at any given time.



Additionally, overnight guests are limited to a maximum of six persons within the apartment at any one time.



We respectfully emphasize that this policy is strictly enforced. Violations will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and a $1000 fine.
