"If you enjoy old homes with a cozy feel to them, this is the place. Its adorably decorated and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. Theres a small garden with seating as well as a seating area out front . Its within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was super safe and quiet. The neighbors were truly nice and friendly. The owner of the property was an amazing person. He was helpful and informative beyond any expectations. If we could give 10 stars we would....

"A lovely house and just the right size for us within a great part of Sutton and close to Sutton Park that I remembered from my childhood. There wasn't any communication apart from knowing the code to collect the key, the box of which was open and I was unable to lock it on departure. Took time to find the details of setting the heating and WIFI. Nothing on bins eg recycling which we gathered and put into one. Overall, a lovely warm home and we hope we took as much care of it as it was due....

"Lovely property but seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Understand it’s a very old building and so dust and spiders will be more prevalent but would have expected cobwebs and spiders to have been cleaned away for the arrival of paying guests, and apart from the number of them, some had clearly been there for some time. There were also two wasp nests in the thatch, meaning wasps came into the upstairs bedroom frequently, which wasn’t so great. Apart from those things, it was a nice...
