Rooms very clean but dates these days .
Coffee at breakfast has to be black with milk unless paying extra for cappuccino or latte etc .
Breakfast food selection was good.
Was expecting the room to have a coffee machine , or more upper class coffee bags ."

"It's fine. I wouldn't call it 4 star. Simply because the bathroom needs to be updated. The TV has no sports channels which is strange when The Open is being played down the street. Scottish open being played just hours north of us. For 4 stars I don't expect to shower in a tub unless I requested to."

"Fabulous property with very helpful staff. Ran the local Parkrun and missed breakfast time but was made some fantastic bacon sandwiches when we both returned to the guest house. Staff was very accommodating which made the visit very enjoyable."

"The staff was very helpful but thought the price was very high as I only paid £ 57 for a night in a 4 star hotel with sea view on the Thursday week before as it was a last minute booking like this was I didn’t realise it was above a pub and with an awful view out the window and the pillow gave me neck ache but staff changed it no bother very helpful
