As gold members we should therefore be offered both a free drink and a complimentary upgrade if available. On this particular day the hotel was mostly empty. Upon check-in the person at the front desk entirely refused to provide either rewards although acknowledging that it was clearly stated...

"I must say when I read the reviews I was a bit frightened but this was the only room in the area that included the two beds for my daughter and friends that were coming to town nevertheless I'm glad I do not judge based off others reviews and go with my own instincts and this stay was a 10 out of 10 so much room in the suite the lobby was spotless the check-in and check out was Swift as well as easy no hiccups at all parking we didn't use parking but parking is available on site there's a garage...

"Very worn. Elevator and front dor out of order. Many rooms deemed unsafe (picture). Room without shower curtain and coffee cups. Not clean. Homeless people sleeping on the staircase. Seems like closing down? Price way too high for that quality!"

"Nice spot to stay in Richmond considering the price. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and quiet with convenient parking right outside the door. I slept great and it wasn't far from my jobsite, can't complain!"

"Of course staff was courteous. Arrived on Sunday night around 8:30 pm and fridge was not cooling. Called front desk and they immediately got maintenance up there and he had to replace it with another. Very efficient indeed. No complaints whatsoever! "
