He also brought everything to our room. I think he also was the valet at that time. The night time valet was super great!!! The hotel is very nice and we had a great stay. "

"For my this being my first time in Richmond ( I’m from Norfolk ) The commonwealth hotel is very unique. The different pieces of art , the doors, the restaurant it’s all amazing. I think if I ever need a retreat again locally … I’ll definitely come there again as long as I have the same room."

"I loved that the check in process was easy! We requested a refrigerator and it was in our room before we got there. The upgrades to the room were beautiful! We had the option of using Valet Parking or using the parking garage that was just a short walk away. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the channel guide for the tv. The channels didn’t match the channel guide we had in our room. Other than that…I still give our stay 5 stars across the board. "

Breakfast was very good and I enjoyed experiencing their auto-pancake making machine. My only real complaint is the parking garage was too low for our jeep, but there was ample street parking. "

"Fint ophold, på helt nyistandsat hotel, dejligt med mulighed for tøjvask, udendørs meget lille pool på taget, hvor der også er bar og restaurant som i weekenden bliver lavet om til diskotek/natklub så man skal ikke bo på de øverste 5 etager hvis man gerne vil sove, der er i øvrigt en fantastisk udsigt over byen og landet omkring. If you’re looking for the 5 star experience without paying for it, that’s unrealistic here for right now. The staff were friendly and flexible. It’s my hope that Richmond hotel will provide more amenities, upgrades, and repairs as it gets more guests there."
