The suite features a private bathroom and a large double bed (1.80 x 1.90), while the second double bedroom and single room share a bathroom, offering both privacy and convenience. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming lounge, and all the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay, such as Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine, sheets, and towels.

The neighborhood is safe and lively, well connected by both bus and metro, and surrounded by cozy restaurants and cafés that reflect the authentic spirit of Barcelona’s local life. Private parking is available on request, making it even easier to explore the city at your own pace. Guests should note that check-in and check-out outside standard times incur an additional fee, with early arrivals before 18:00 or late arrivals after 21:00 costing €30, and departures after 12:00 or before 09:00 also costing €30. A luggage locker service is available prior to arrival for €15, and extra charges apply for additional arrangements such as early check-in, late check-out, or luggage handling. To maintain cleanliness, a supplementary cleaning fee of €10 per hour may be charged if the kitchen is left dirty or disorganized.

Please be aware that Barcelona applies a tourist tax that changes seasonally. Starting from April 2022, the fee is €4 per adult, per night (over 16 years old, up to 7 nights). From April 2023, it increases to €5 per adult, per night, and from April 2024 the tax will be €5.50 per adult, per night, up to the same maximum of 7 nights. In August, the apartment has a minimum stay requirement of one week.
