We offer you a luxurious and typical home in this outstanding area, to enjoy its 250 m2 with everything you need to spend a few dream days in the city, and find maximum comfort after any of the many activities, visits and events that Barcelona offers its visitors, both tourists and professionals.

With a capacity for 12 people, this apartment has 5 spacious and cozy rooms, as well as everything you need to enjoy La Condal. A Queen room, a King room, (both with Smart T.V.) a double room with two 135 beds, two rooms with single beds; and a rest area, equipped with a sofa-bed. Three complete bathrooms, one with shower, one with tub, and one with a hydromassage bathtub.It also has a spacious living-dining room, with differentiated areas for rest, leisure, work and meal times.

Thanks to the apartment´s Wi-Fi connection, each of the rooms can be a perfect work corner, for those who combine their leisure and their working journey. Large fully furnished kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, including refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc. You have the perfect space for prepare delicious dishes while discovering the city. All rooms have air conditioning and heating, as well as free Wi-Fi connection.

Our usual check-in time is from 16h to 21h, so we recommend that you contact us in advance to be able to set your arrival time.Check-out is until 11:00 a.m., but late check-out can be requested, subject to availability.

Outside of the established hours, we have the following rates:

Late check-in: arrival after 9:00 p.m. incurs a cost of €30 until 11:00 p.m., after which €10 will be added for each additional hour.

Late check-out (departure after 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.) and early check-in (arrival before 3:00 p.m.) are subject to availability and incur an additional charge, which can be consulted.

The apartment has a HUTB tourist licence.

Tourist tax: €6.25 per person/night not included in the final price.

Payment must be made in cash upon arrival at the apartment for all guests over 16 years of age, and for a maximum of 7 days.Law 5/2017 of the Generalitat de Catalunya, for stays with check-in from 1/4/2017.
