Fully serviced boutique apartment with 30 minutes daily cleaning included monday through saturday. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living-room with direct access to a private terrace.



The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. The apartment is also fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wi-fi and smart tv.



Located in the safe neighborhood of Eixample, the apartment is only minutes walking from the historic center, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the contemporary art museum.



Parking and bus stop in front of the building and Sant Antoni metro station only 2 minutes away.

Everything about this apartment was excellent. The office staff was beyond helpful and a pleasure to work with. It was very clean and in a wonderful area. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Barcelona.

Excellent property

An excellent property and team that supports you. Lots of communication and all helpful. The area is good too, containing some excellent Craft beer houses and lots of good eateries. The main tourist zone bars and restaurants are 5-10 min walk too. Couple of metro stops nearby giving you different line options to quickly navigate to other parts of the city.

Perfect spot to explore Barcelona

Our group of 3 had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room, the place was clean and the patios were awesome. Walkable to so much shopping and nightlife. The subway line is just a block away for exploring longer distances, and grocery is right around the corner. It really was absolutely perfect.

Quaint Apartment in Central Location

The unit was well appointed and very organized and clean. We had a great stay. Storage was a little tight as there are no closets but that was ok for us. Daily housekeeping was a great perk and the building felt very safe.

Great appartment

We had a great time at our appartment. The contact with the agency was always quick en they were very helpful. The appartment itself was as described. It is at walking distance to the center where you also find the hop on-hop off busses. Would recommend this appartment to others, you sure will have a good stay!

MWC Team Retreat

Stayed at the apartment with two colleagues during MWC. Apartment was as described; the location was excellent in terms of travelling to the event, and the owner and team were great to work with. We'd definitely stay here again!

Good Location but not as cozy as the pictures

The property was good and the manager was very helpful, but the pictures are not showing the current state of the apartment. There were stains on the couch, no throw blankets and some of the decoration on the picture as not actually in the apartment. Everything was staged for the pictures, but for example there is no plug on the kitchen island so you have to plug the toaster and the coffee maker on a small rolling shelf and it was annoying. Also they only give the number of coffee pods enough for one day, there was no sugar in the apartment either, nothing at all. also it is a bit annoying that it's a 2 story apartment so you have to climb stairs when you want to go to the living room from the bedroom. I would have give 4 star if they made some effort to make it more cozy, but not for the amount we paid it was just eh..

The pictures are a bit misleading, most of the decorations are missing, balcony was good, the outdoor terrace is up a lot of stairs and then you need to climb out a hatch door, never used it, kitchen was not a very good setup, power points not in a very good position, needs more bench space and a microwave. Location was ok to catch buses, metro and most transport. Overall just ok.

Bike Friendly comfortable apartment in great neighborhood

I am the founder of Bikabout, a bike travel site. We were in town to write a Barcelona by Bike travel guide and attend the International Bike Bus Summit. The apartment was in a wonderful neighborhood with one of the car-free superblocks and where the Sant Antoni bike bus originates. We had a great time biking to our Barcelona list of architecture, restaurants, the beach and parks. We brought our own bikes, but I think the rental company has a fleet to borrow? The apartment is comfortable. My only nit picky thing is I would prefer no daily house cleaning and ample supplies like toilet paper, dishwasher and washer dryer tablets. A coffee grinder and french press would also be nice to have. The dishwasher was not bolted into the cabinetry so it would fall over when we pulled out the drawers. I would also prefer toiletries like shampoo, soap and lotion in bulk pumps versus individual bottles to save waste. Matteo was great. He let us leave our bags before and after check-in/out and was attentive via WhatsApp. One quirky thing that I've never dealt with in VRBO is that I had to pay our second half in person - I am glad that I brought the right credit cards...I like to take care of this stuff in advance.

Brilliant stay, very warm welcome with everything we needed. The location is perfect for strolling around Barcelona. I would book again to stay here or any of the En Ville Apartments. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you so much.

It is what it is.

The street is in a bit of a rough area but near enough to get to everything. There are restaurants and bars in the 'hood'. The unit is a good size however, isn't really as finished as it looks in the pictures (gaps in the walls, and on the stairwell). The stairs to the upper bedrooms are very narrow and short, there is no handrail and the carpeting is worn and stained. The downstairs bedroom is a bit of a bunker with a storage rack meant for the closet with an assortment of items stored there. However, the beds were VERY comfortable and the linens clean. There are limited plugs in the kitchen so we had to put the kettle on the floor. The balcony is very nice and faces the inner courtyard and all the surrounding apartments. The upper two bathrooms are side by side. The shower head in one of the upstairs showers would not attach so had to be used as a handheld. As a whole the unit was fine, just not quite as finished as we had hoped for the price.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung für unseren Trip nach Barcelona ideal.

Das Appartement bei en ville ist sehr schön geschnitten. Besonders, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hatte, gefiel uns sehr. Leider hatte ein Schlafzimmer nur ein Fenster mit Zugang zum Lüftungsschacht und war so nachts nicht gut zu lüften, das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst. Die Lage ist super, alles ist direkt oder einfach mit der Metro zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig. An der ein oder anderen Stelle sollte man mal wieder renoviert (z.B. in den Badezimmern) oder erneut werden. Auch was das Thema Sauberkeit angeht gibt es noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war schnell und Top. Auch vor Ort war alles bestens.

Wonderful time

Close to good food and shopping . Daily housekeeping a plus. Food prep and kitchen were difficult as there was no oven, and the owner had to instruct us on operating the cooktop (and the TV !). The unit is really not suitable for a group that wants to cook meals, but the location presented us with MANY good spots for tapas and dinners. Owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Took us several days to realize there was a rooftop patio, found only through a little “exploring “. All things considered, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
