It features an open-plan layout combining a contemporary kitchen with a comfortable living area, including a flat-screen TV, a cozy sofa, a dining table for up to four guests, and a small balcony overlooking the building’s inner courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave. The apartment also offers a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a convenient second bedroom with a single bed, and a thoughtfully designed bathroom with a rainfall shower.

L'Eixample is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Barcelona: ideal for strolling, shopping, admiring the magnificent architecture, or watching people go from one of its many bars or restaurants. Throughout this neighborhood there are floors with high ceilings, hydraulic floors and spectacular entrances with modernist features. Leaving your home and having the most beautiful buildings in town a few meters away, is priceless. You can not stop walking the entire Passeig de Gracia or stopping to contemplate the great houses of Catalan modernism: La Pedrera, La Casa Batlló, Casa Lleó Morera and Casa Atmetller, among other stunning buildings.
Getting Around:
Cars can stop for a while just in front. Nearest metro stop is Passeig de Gràcia (L3 y L4, trains).

Due to an issue with the water pipes in front of the building, which falls under the responsibility of the Barcelona City Council, water service—normally operating—may occasionally be affected until the issue is fully resolved. As this is not the building’s responsibility, we will do our best to provide advance notice of any potential disruptions to tenants, which we expect to be minimal.
