The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds, as well as an air-conditioned living room and a gallery with windows that allows access to the terrace.
The latter overlooks the quiet internal courtyards of Gran Vía and Paseo de Gracia, and can be enjoyed on summer or spring evenings, a small gem in the center of the city.

It includes a wardrobe and a private bathroom with bath, shower and hairdryer.
The high ceiling features exposed wooden beams, the living room with sofa and flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, cooking utensils and a dishwasher, while the washing machine is located on the terrace.

The apartment is located in the Eixample district of Barcelona, 300 meters from Plaza Cataluña, on the fourth floor of a 19th-century pre-modernist building, and does NOT have a lift.

Paseo de Gracia, with its exclusive shops and Gaudí's La Pedrera, is just 50 meters from the property. Paseo de Gracia metro station is a 1-minute walk away. The famous Sagrada Familia Cathedral can be reached in 10 minutes by metro.

Las Ramblas can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, and Barcelona Airport is 14 km away.

The deposit is released within 24 hours of departure, as we may need up to 24 hours to check the apartment after departure.

The tourist tax in Barcelona has been increased to 10,45€ per day per person.

Please note: when checking in to your apartment, all visitors under the age of 16 must present a copy of the document showing their date of birth, in order not to request said tourist tax.
The tax amount will be charged a maximum of 7 days.
The tourist tax must be paid to our staff upon arrival at the apartment.

Arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will have a supplement of €15.
