it's amazing area!! You can't live more central...You will live in the city center, in the Modernist Quarter next to the most emblematic and wonderful buildings of Barcelona: Casa Batlló, La Pedrera of Gaudi and 10 minutes walking distance to Sagrada Familia Monument.
Surrounded by terraces, top restaurants and small shops where original Catalan'll feel like a Barcelona more, discovering their customs and their most typical neighborhood. The apartment is surrounded by many important museums without having to take any bus or subway.
The perfect place to stroll along the Paseo de Gracia, watch , Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas stroll just a few minutes walk from the apartment:

What a wonderful place to stay at. Location was absolutely great. Half a block away from the high end shopping district like Prada, Tiffany's, Louis Vuitton, Lululemon etc. The market is 3 blocks up the road as well as the supermarket. Restaurants galore all around you. The shutters on the windows we were able to close which helped for sleeping and to sit on the little patio was comfortable and a joy to have your morning coffee. Our Host Ingrid was very helpful and informative and we appreciated the big map in the hallway of the apartment. It felt like a home away from home for our 11 day stay. There are buses all over and the metro/subway is just 2 blocks away. This area of the city is quite bustling but Sundays seem to be quite which is enjoyed so one can just relax and take it all in. Ample linen and the bed was so comfortable. Very clean and all the cooking and eating supplies one could need. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Barcelona.

We turned what would have been a layover into a 3 day visit at Ingrid’s perfectly located home! The building was quiet and we loved sitting on the balcony after a long day exploring and eating in this beautiful city. Would recommend and come back again!

Nice area, clean and comfortable apartment

We were in Barcelona for three nights. The apartment is an easy walk to almost everything. Casa Batllo is right around the corner and a highlight of our trip. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. If you want to shop, there a lots of high end stores in the area. We felt very safe. The building was secure and, as a bonus, had an elevator. Checking and out was easy and Ingrid was easy to work with.

Great location, walkable to most sites. We had bought a tourist metro card but only used it to get from the airport to the apartment and then when leaving to the train station. Apartment was clean and comfortable and Ingrid was very helpful. Would stay again.

My daughter and I came to visit Barcelona. The location if this place was in a good, safe neighborhood. It was convenient for walking or accessing transportation. It had everything we needed to feel at home. Definitely would recommend this place!

Perfect Accommodations in BCN

Great apartment in the best location down town Barcelona

My wife and I stayed 3 nights following a cruise of the Mediterranean. This apartment is clean, well appointed recently remodeled and is located in such a great area near cafes, shopping and attractions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Perfect place less than block from Pg de Gracia

Ingrid was a perfect host. Easy to contact and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and had everything you might need for your stay. The apartment was beautiful with great outdoor space to enjoy the sounds of the city or have breakfast. The unit had an excellent air conditioning we for those concerned and a fan if necessary. The location is perfect less than a block from Passeig de Gracia and a short walk to public transportation including buses and multiple metro lines. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Barcelona!

We hope to return!

This is a beautiful, spacious modern apartment in an amazing neighborhood! Ingrid went above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival, and she is the perfect hostess. The bed was new and so comfy, and the bathroom and kitchen very nice. I made immediate use of the washer, and she provides a large drying rack. We sat out on the small but charming balcony to read, journal, and befriend the pigeons in the trees. We hated to leave, and I fervently hope we return.

Great location and very comfortable accommodations

Ingrid is a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is in a very nice upscale area that is close to two subway stops as well as many bus stops. We walked to the Picasso museum in 25 minutes for example. There is shopping close by and many restaurants if you choose to dine in that area. The apartment is well appointed.

Very solid.

This is a great apartment in a great part of town. Communicating with Ingrid was easy and the apartment was very well maintained. The only reason I gave four stars is because there was an odor from the pipes in the bathroom that was strong enough to bother me. I kept the bathroom door closed when not in use. Overall though a really nice apartment.

Nous y retournerions sans soucis !

L'appartement est situé dans le quartier le plus prisé de Barcelone avec ses boutiques de grands designers et ses restaurants de tapas. Nous étions à deux pas de la station de métro Passeig de Gracia et le métro dessert bien la ville. L'appartement est juste assez grand et il comprend toutes les commodités sauf une sécheuse mais il y a un support pour faire sécher les vêtements. Ingrid était sur place pour nous accueillir. Pas d'histoire de clé électronique. Elle nous a expliqué le plan de la ville et nous a fait quelques recommandations pour les restaurants et attractions. Le lit était confortable, des serviettes en quantité, et une excellent connexion wifi. D'une propreté impeccable, nous ne pouvons que recommander cet appartement. La rue Valencia est assez passante et les fenêtres étanches, mais apportez quand même vos bouchons pour dormir si vous êtes fragiles aux bruits de la circulation. Barcelone a beaucoup à offrir, l'appartement devient un havre de paix pour vous ressourcer après les dizaines de km que vous parcourrez dans cette ville magnifique!

Great Location

Ingrid met me at the apartment and showed me everything I needed to know. The apartment was clean and modern. Perfect for one or two. It was a great place to stay - close to the metro and I was able to get everywhere on public transportation. It’s close to restaurants and supermarkets. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative would be the noise from the traffic, although the double paned glass doors help to block the sound. I would recommend others to stay.

Great Stay in Gothic Quarter!

We stayed two nights at this charming little apartment in the heart of the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. The apartment was very clean and modern and super handy for walking everywhere- Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, etc. Ingrid was an amazing host who answered all questions in an expedient and professional manner. Check in was smooth. A suggestion for future guests: bring earplugs - noise carried up from lots of revelers on the street at night. Overall, highly recommend this apartment for seeing the sights of Barcelona. Loved the little cafe on the corner for capuccinos and pastries in the morning.

Nice, modern apartment in popular area

Close to several Gaudi buildings and the Passeig de Gracia commercial heart, it’s a very convenient neighborhood for visitors, close (20 min by bus or fort) to Sagrada Familia and to La Vileta de Gracia, and easy metro ride to Parc Güell and La Rambla. The apartment is modern though in a classic building. Nice kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, and very nice host. We appreciated that there were both American-style drip coffeemaker and European-style stovetop (moka) pot. Because it is in the tourist core, it can be a bit noisy with the windows open — as you’d expect. Two comfort notes: The couch is a futon and not very comfortable, though serviceable. The bed is large but its mattress is foam so it can get hot and for some may be too soft; that’s more a taste issue.
