Situated on the fourth floor of a beautifully renovated 19th-century building with an elevator, the apartment has been fully refurbished to combine historic charm with modern comfort. The apartment features four comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, designed to offer both privacy and tranquility. Two of the bedrooms have access to charming small balconies — the perfect spot to start your day with a morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at sunset.

There are four bathrooms in total: three of them are equipped with modern showers, while the fourth features a relaxing bathtub, ideal for a soothing break after a day of exploring the city.
The spacious living room is designed for comfort and leisure. It features a plasma TV, air conditioning, and cozy sofas, creating the perfect environment to relax or enjoy time together. The elegant dining area comfortably seats eight people, making it ideal for shared meals or special evenings with friends and family. The large, fully equipped kitchen includes a central island and high-quality appliances, offering everything an amateur chef—or even a non-cook—could need to prepare delicious meals and enjoy cooking in a bright, social space.

A tourist tax of €4.40 per person per day will be applied for the first seven nights of the stay. This amount must be paid in cash on the day of check-in.
To ensure a smooth arrival, it’s essential to provide your approximate arrival time at the time of booking. If the arrival time is not communicated at least 12 hours before check-in, we cannot guarantee that someone will be available to receive you at the apartment, and you may need to wait outside until a mutually agreed time.

For late check-ins, an additional fee applies: €30 for arrivals after 22:00 and €50 for arrivals after 00:00. These fees ensure we can offer flexible arrivals while maintaining a high level of service.
