This modern and tastefully decorated apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, close to various top attractions such as Eixample. Please note that the building does not have an elevator. (Its a 3rt floor)

The apartment boasts an open floor plan with a spacious living room featuring a large sofa and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove and an oven, to help you prepare delicious meals. A washer and ironing equipment are available to cater to your laundry needs.

There are two bedrooms. One has a comfortable queen bed and another has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The apartment is in the Eixample district of Barcelona, known for its elegant architecture, broad avenues, and bustling commercial areas. The area is well-connected to other parts of the city and is considered one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in Barcelona. The surrounding streets are lined with beautiful buildings and are home to many designer shops, boutiques, and high-end restaurants. The Passeig de Gracia, a famous shopping street, is just a short walk away, and the iconic Sagrada Familia is also nearby. The area has a lively and cosmopolitan atmosphere, mixing locals and tourists. Overall, it is an excellent location for those who want to experience Barcelona's culture, history, and lifestyle.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Passeig de Gracia station, is just 9-minutes walk.

Barcelona-El Prat Airport is a 39-minute drive from the property.

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros.

Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.
