This luxurious and unique penthouse is right in the heart of the city - on Placa Catalunya with captivating panoramic views over beautiful Barcelona from its 40 sqm (431 sft) private terrace. Spread out over 85 sqm (915 sft) of living space are amazing amenities which include hardwood flooring, a full gourmet kitchen, a dining room, two spacious double bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en-suite).

The first bedroom has a king size bed (2 x 2 m) with deluxe mattress and extra pillows to ensure you have a good night rest. The other bedroom is set up as a twin bedroom with equal quality mattresses.



The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with top brand appliances. The windows are double-glazed to create a tranquil environment, while the hustle and bustle of the city center is just an elevator ride away.

Prime location: The apartment is located right in the center of the city - on Placa Cataluna. All the main sights of interest are within walking distance:

Other Things to Note:

TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and imposed by the Catalan government of €6.88 per night. This is to be charged at the time of check-in to each guest aged 17 and above for a maximum of 7 nights.



LATE CHECK-IN:

For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: €40

For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: €60



EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 3pm) Subject to availability and there is a €40 early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).



LATE CHECK-OUT: (after 11am) Subject to availability. If you would like to have a late checkout, you need to inform us, and we will let you know if it's possible.



PETS: Your pet is welcome to stay with you. Please inform us in advance and note that the following charges will apply at the time of check-in:

-A €150 security deposit, fully refundable as long as there are no damages in the apartment.

-A €50 pet fee for extra cleaning.
