Set on the top floor of a beautiful neoclassical building with elevator access, the apartment enjoys exceptional brightness and tranquillity. Recently refreshed with refurbished bathrooms and newly painted elements, it is in excellent condition throughout. Guests will enjoy two spacious living rooms, each furnished with sofas and dining tables. One features a charming gallery, while the other opens to a beautiful balcony overlooking Carrer del Bruc—where you can spot Tibidabo amusement park and even a glimpse of the sea.

The apartment includes four double bedrooms, all equipped with high-quality mattresses and wardrobes, accommodating up to seven guests. The beds can be arranged together or separated to suit your needs, and every room offers generous storage space. There are two large full bathrooms—each with double sinks, toilet, and shower—plus a separate guest toilet.

A fully equipped, spacious kitchen with a dining table includes an induction hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, filtered-coffee machine, Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine, kettle, and an extensive range of dishes, glasses, cookware, and utensils. A second pantry kitchen offers an additional fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and extra cooking tools.
