One of the double bedrooms has a balcony overlooking Avenida Paral·lel,
allowing you to enjoy natural light and the urban atmosphere of the
city, while another bedroom overlooks a large interior courtyard,
offering tranquillity and privacy. All bedrooms and the living room are
equipped with central air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the
year.

The flat has two full bathrooms with showers, designed for the comfort
of all guests. It also offers shared Wi-Fi to keep you connected during
your stay and is located in a building with an old lift, which can
generate some noise, typical of traditional buildings in Barcelona.

🚭 Accommodation rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of
the flat, including balconies and terraces, ensuring a clean and
pleasant environment for all guests.

Thanks to its central location on Avenida Paral·lel, you will be just a
few minutes away from Poble-sec, Montjuïc, Las Ramblas and public
transport, making it easy to explore the city and its main attractions.
This flat combines spaciousness, brightness and comfort, making it an
ideal choice for enjoying Barcelona in an authentic and practical way.

Important Notice: From January 12th to 30th, 2026, renovation work will
take place in the building’s entrance hall. There may be occasional
noise or disturbance during the daytime. Access to the apartment will
remain available at all times.

The house is situated in in the center of the city.

At the moment the building next door is undertaking some works so
during the day you may heard some noise

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.

- Travel cot:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day
and night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
Prohibited smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Guests have access to all the apartment.

Near the flat is Carrer de Blai, a street full of tapas and pinchos
bars that is perfect for discovering the local cuisine.

Montjuïc and green areas

A few steps away you can enjoy Montjuïc, an area full of gardens,
museums and viewpoints. You can also visit the Font Màgica, very
popular for its night-time light and water show.

Excellent connections

The area has metro and bus services and quick access to tourist
attractions such as Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the
historic centre.

Other things to note

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
guest.
