    Spacious and modern 74 m² tourist apartment on Aragón Street, just two
    blocks from the Sagrada Família. It features three double bedrooms, two
    bathrooms with showers, a living-dining area with central air
    conditioning and a balcony, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The
    building has an elevator. Excellent location in the Eixample, close to
    restaurants, shops, and public transport.

    The space

    Welcome to this spacious and modern 74 m² tourist apartment, located on
    Aragón Street, just two blocks from the iconic Sagrada Família, one of
    Barcelona’s most important landmarks. Its privileged location allows
    you to enjoy the city comfortably, combining tranquility, excellent
    connections, and proximity to major points of interest.

    The apartment has been designed to offer comfort and functionality,
    making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or travelers looking
    for space and convenience. It features three double bedrooms, carefully
    laid out to ensure rest and privacy for all guests. In addition, there
    are two full bathrooms with showers, making the stay especially
    comfortable, even for longer visits.

    The bright living-dining area is a welcoming and modern space, equipped
    with central air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant temperature
    throughout the year. From here, you can access a balcony, perfect for
    enjoying natural light, having a morning coffee, or relaxing after a
    day exploring the city.

    The open-plan kitchen, integrated into the main living space, is fully
    equipped and designed to make you feel at home. You will find
    everything you need to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full
    meals, ideal for guests who enjoy cooking during their stay.

    The building features an elevator, providing easy access to the
    apartment and added comfort, especially for families or guests
    traveling with luggage.

    Thanks to its excellent location in the Eixample district, you will
    find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, local shops, and public
    transport just steps away, allowing you to move around Barcelona easily
    and discover both its most famous attractions and its authentic local
    life.

    📌 Important note: Renovation works are currently taking place in one of
    the apartments in the building, so some occasional noise may be
    expected during working hours.

    This apartment combines space, comfort, modern design, and an
    unbeatable location, making it the perfect choice for an unforgettable
    stay in Barcelona, just steps from the Sagrada Família and the unique
    charm of the Eixample.

    Please note the following important information before booking:

    - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
    however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

    - Baby crib:

    Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
    request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

    -Extra guest:

    Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
    charged €10 per night.

    -Arrival after hours:

    - Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please
    consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we
    will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and
    after midnight will be 80euros.

    - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend,
    the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after
    midnight will be 80euros.

    - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be
    as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

    - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied.
    (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In
    addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

    - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
    having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
    eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
    is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat, including the balcony.

    - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
    receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
    you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

    Guest access

    Guests have access to the entire apartment.

    interior, admire its modernist details, and climb the towers for
    panoramic city views.

Great location

Great location, clean and lovely. A little complicated with working with a third-party for check-in didn’t like that as much.

Check in process and communication was great. The apartment had all amenities necessary. The listing did say it had a dryer but it doesn’t.

Quite Apartment Near Sagrada La Familia

Perfect location just minutes from the Sagrada La Familia. We were able to walk to most sites, many restaurants/cafes, and grocery stores. The beds are not queen as they are advertised. In the US these would be a full-size bed. They also advertise as having a washer and a dryer, which was a priority for us. You will still need to use a laundromat to dry your clothes. The first coffee maker didn't work, yet they were able to quickly replace with another. Unfortunately, for us we do not drink espresso. The machine didn't make a full cup of coffee. We improvised, by making a double espresso and adding hot water. The second bathroom is v small, so we only used the toilet, not the shower. The shower in the larger bathroom leaks all over the floor. We ended up having to wash towels to keep up with the leaks. All in all, we did enjoy the apartment, yet would probably chose another property in this location.
