Enjoy a comfortable and central stay in this 67 m² tourist apartment,
located on the lively Creu Coberta Street. We have 2 additional
apartments in the same building, perfect for larger groups or families
traveling together.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a
fully equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for preparing meals. The
living-dining area is bright and opens onto a balcony. It also includes
air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms,
ensuring comfort year-round.

The building has an elevator, but to reach it you must climb 12 steps,
an important detail to note.

The location is unbeatable: surrounded by shops, cafés, restaurants,
and services, on a street full of energy and well connected to the rest
of the city. Perfect for those who want to experience Barcelona like a
local.

A comfortable, modern, and well-located apartment, ideal for families,
couples, or groups of friends looking to explore the city from a lively
and practical neighborhood.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Bbay crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat, including the balcony.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Staying on Calle Creu Coberta places you in a vibrant and traditional
neighborhood, where residential charm blends with a wide variety of
shops, restaurants, and cultural offerings. From here, you can explore
both local life and the main attractions of Barcelona.

Just a few steps away is the Mercat de Sants, a traditional market
where you can discover fresh produce, local gastronomy, and the
authentic atmosphere of the neighborhood. Walking along the street,
you’ll find local shops, cafés, and restaurants that reflect the daily
life of Barcelonians.

For architecture and history enthusiasts, the Sants neighborhood offers
quick access to iconic sites via public transport, such as Camp Nou,
the stadium of FC Barcelona, a must-see for football fans. It is also
close to Montjuïc, where you can enjoy museums, gardens, panoramic
viewpoints, and the Olympic Stadium.

The center of Barcelona, including the Gothic Quarter, El Born, Las
Ramblas, and the cathedral, is just a short metro or bus ride away,
allowing you to combine local neighborhood life with visits to the
city’s main tourist spots.

Other things to note

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
guest.
