"The first part of our trip was a catamaran charter through Cruise Abaco and your beautiful condo was the icing on the cake for a week of beach fun. "Absolutely great stay! Perfect location by the beach and pool. This property is the only one close by with a bar and small restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place was spacious with room for 6 people. lots of towels, beach chairs. Nice view from the room and patio. You can cook your own meal or get a taxi and go out. Perfect for families. We were able to easily walk to the resort's inifinity pool, Hilton Resort World for the restaurants/casino, and Fisherman's Village for port access. "My family and I (4 total, kids age 8 and 12) stayed here a week for spring break a few weeks ago. The rental was easy to find, with a good amount of space, and a pool! I was concerned that the pool was outdoors because I'm used to lanai's in Florida, but we never found lizards/frogs/other animals in or around the pool. It's also maybe private to the rental? We were the only ones to use it, but it was late March, so I'm not sure. One negative that won't be around forever is construction...
