"Myself, my wife and almost 2 year old daughter enjoyed a week staying at Exuma Sol. The other reviews were spot-on with regards to all of the "extras" included with this cottage. There are beach chairs, towels, beach activity sets, and even beach sand toys (a fun surprise). Also many extra towels and even blankets. "Absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage. Everything was exactly perfect. Location, comfortable, quiet, and of course Staniel Cay is beautiful. Enjoyed everyday of the 10 days I was here. Anita and Theodore are the best, so helpful and a joy to meet. Hope to return here again."

"This is a place to put your head down and that's about it. Small cottage that has many miles on it. Beds and bedding were old and uncomfortable. Blanket consisted of a sleeping bag. Showers backed up into the tub. Air conditioner leaked onto the living room floor. It rained hard while we were there. had some time where we could not go anywhere. TV is broken. Looks like the coax cable was yanked out of the back. Back window was broken with a piece of plastic and tape over it. One...

"Our stay at Exuma Vacation Cottages was wonderful. Valerie is a terrific host who ensured we had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Our cottage was stocked with all the necessities and then some. We found the beach blankets and chairs provided to be very helpful as we went out to the beaches each day. "This is a really great place. Super clean and comfortable. Great access to ocean. Steps to the beach. Dine outside on patio. Lots of beach accessories supplied and host super responsive. I would highly recommend getting a rental car, get a one day pass at Grand Isle resort and/or renting a boat to explore Stocking Island so that you can experience different areas of the island. "We were greeted by someone when we checked in. Very friendly and great experience. The space was spacious and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch for meals and just enjoying the view of the ocean. Convenient location was close enough to town to walk, however we rented a car for our stay. Overall great experience and will definitely look at booking here again next time we visit the island."

"Had a great stay with our little family in this cute cottage. Warren was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end. The kitchen was well equipped and charcoal grill was a plus. "This is our third trip to Exuma. We decided to stay somewhere new this time, and decided to try Little Exuma. Thatch Bay was perfect! Beautiful home and location! Beach all to ourselves - didn't see another person while we were there. Total relaxation! The beaches on Little Exuma are perfect (and I think better than great exuma). Its a bit of a hike to get back to Georgetown, but that is to be expected for the privacy we had and was not a concern whatsoever for us. Clean home, well appointed,...

"The property was amazing and the caretaker, Norman, was wonderful. He was very helpful, took us back and fourth to main island whenever we wanted to go. We were able to tie up to the dock, which was very helpful for us. The property could use a little bit of maintenance but otherwise was really nice."
