"House was in a great location with beautiful beach view. Steps away from water. Although there were neighboring houses, still felt very private as rarely saw anyone out. The house was very comfortable with central air. There were a few close by snorkeling reefs in either direction that had lots of interesting fish. Loved the house and island and would definitely return."

"Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)"

"This was our fourth trip to the Exuma’s and the first time staying at Casa Bella. This property is by far the nicest we have stayed at. The property manager Martin was absolutely wonderful. The grounds were amazing, the pool, the hot tub, and outdoor entertainment area all beautifully maintained. Our best trip yet! Thank you so much Martin!"

"When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. "The Jolly Turtle House had everything our group needed for a great vacation! There was ample room for our group of 9. The pool and use of water toys is great and the gas grill was nice for when we stayed at the house to cook. Derek was extremely responsive and very helpful! He helped us arrange rides to and from the airport to the property. The use of the cars as part of the house is such a great perk of this property! "

"We are staying at a construction site; the window we can look out of faces a construction area. When we go to the pool, we walk through the construction zone with wheelbarrows and noise. It may be that the hotel is being renovated, but we are paying 6,700 DKK (approximately USD 980) for 3 nights. It is deeply disappointing that the hotel is not closed during the renovation. There is so much noise that no one is using the worn-out sun loungers by the pool, where the filtration system is not running most of the time. I'm sure it will be nice one day, but honestly, I feel cheated. We've decided to leave the hotel a day early despite not getting a refund. The staff is friendly, but that doesn't make up for the rest."
