Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. "Legacy Beach Suites is an excellent place to stay. Firstly, the owner Mr. Mckenzie is extremely accommodating and friendly. I felt right at home immediately. The room was very clean, spacious and well designed. All of the necessary amenities for comfort were available. The icing on the cake was the breathtaking beach within walking distance and in clear view from the room. I would recommend anyone looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to book a stay at Legacy...

"We had an awesome time. Sharks, stingrays, starfish, sand dollars, you name it, we found it. Rented a boat at Minns…awesome, rented Jet Skis…awesome. House is just like the pics, we cooked in outdoor kitchen almost every night. We had no issues and it suited our family just fine. Cay and Jack are very responsive and provided us with every answer and detail we inquired about. "

"We had an amazing time staying at the Osprey! It was a 30-second walk to the gorgeous Tropic of Cancer beach! The property was perfect for a family of 4 like us and had beach towels/chairs, dishes, and ice in the freezer for us! It was right next to what became our favorite eating/drinking spot on the beach - Brea’s place. Richard and Shauna were super responsive and quickly answered any questions about the property and the island. 10/10 experience! Would definitely stay here again when we’re...

"The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions."

Unfortunately for us, we had several days of rain. Having the kayaks and paddleboards were a boon. Husband and brother-in-law took them to the blue hole nearby. "

"Ms Dorothy is such a pleasure to work with. House is as described and views are beautiful! You can access the ocean by a tiny walk to some stairs at the property next door. What a wonderful idea of providing a car. Was perfect for all your needs! "

"Family-friendly in every way, off the beaten path, quiet, secluded piece of AMAZING!! Had everything we needed, and right on the water, with a small "aquarium" that entertained my 10yr old for hours. I will stay here again, and again, and again!!"

"Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)"

"We are staying at a construction site; the window we can look out of faces a construction area. When we go to the pool, we walk through the construction zone with wheelbarrows and noise. It may be that the hotel is being renovated, but we are paying 6,700 DKK (approximately USD 980) for 3 nights. It is deeply disappointing that the hotel is not closed during the renovation. There is so much noise that no one is using the worn-out sun loungers by the pool, where the filtration system is not running most of the time. I'm sure it will be nice one day, but honestly, I feel cheated. We've decided to leave the hotel a day early despite not getting a refund. The staff is friendly, but that doesn't make up for the rest."
