"The property is exactly how you see it listed. Our favorite part was that we had the beach foot steps away from out back door."

"Lovely place safe and peaceful"

"Beautiful location, hosts were very nice but the room was extremely dirty! I booked well in advance for 3 people and when we arrived, it was like the room had not been cleaned for weeks and they were not expecting us! There was old urine stains/drips on, around toilet bowl and on floor. Sink had hair and grime all around and the shower was the worst. "Beautiful beachfront property!!! Plenty of room with great views. Very clean. We really enjoyed the pool. Close to airport and a few good restaurants. The caretaker of the property was amazing, he helped us out on several occasions. I would definitely stay at this property again."

"Our family of four adults had a great stay at this home! It was so comfortable, clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood near a beautiful beach. We would recommend it to anyone and will be back!"

This property was not."

"Great place, quiet and out of the way, really nice beach front bar and restaurant just at the bottom of the stairs."

"We had a wonderful stay at Shipwreck. Our family of 6 (including kids and a senior citizen) were comfortable and had everything we needed. The check in process was efficient and Kay was there to greet us ( even after we were delayed). Jack was amazing at giving us all the information about Exuma along with some great recommendations. The kids loved that we had our own private beach access and the views can’t be beat. Beds were clean and comfortable. Few minor updates in the kitchen area and...
