We could walk to everything needed: boat-Rental, grocery, water-taxi and restaurants. And Nancy is so kind and a very helpful host. We didn’t expect housecleaning, but We had New Towels, and House-cleaning every Second Day - such a Nice surprise. The maid was very Sweet and gave a lot of Nice tips. Very pleasant 1 mile walk to town with several decent restaurants and small stores; owner will rent a golf cart. Absentee owner but quick to respond to phone requests (rather than Vrbo message). "This is the PERFECT place to stay in Exuma if you want an amazing vacation. Everything was perfect - the location is within walking distance to the town so you don't need a car, it's in the most beautiful location where you can watch the sunrise every day, and the house is decorated so beautifully by Nancy.
