"Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go."

"The property was good and staff was nice. The parking spots are extremely tight bc they are shared with an apartment building. Parking should be free. Also, there should be a free coffee station for guests."

"Very worn. Elevator and front dor out of order. Many rooms deemed unsafe (picture). Room without shower curtain and coffee cups. Not clean. Homeless people sleeping on the staircase. Seems like closing down? Price way too high for that quality!"

This place is unremarkable, pictures on the site are unrepresentative and service is horrible. 1) service: This hotel is in the gold hotel.com rewards program. As gold members we should therefore be offered both a free drink and a complimentary upgrade if available. On this particular day the hotel was mostly empty. Upon check-in the person at the front desk entirely refused to provide either rewards although acknowledging that it was clearly stated...

"I had a wonderful time staying at the Omni! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent! Parking wasn't bad. Very crowded but the parking deck is big so not too much of an issue. I stayed here with a friend of mine for a convention that was happening near the area. I am definitely looking forward to next year!"

We had to go to customer service 4 times to get our own towels, wash clothes and toilet paper.
