"This was such a horrible experience. :(( The manager tried to give me money to not write this review, but I would rather warn people. We arrived a family of three with an 8-month old baby. We had driven all day and arrived at 6pm to find that they had given us a one bedroom apt with a single bed rather than the three bedroom apt we had reserved and paid for. "This was a really lovely complex! The pool is fantastic, gym, essentially the entire 25th floor! Absolutely lovely. Close to really good restaurants and the Phoenix farmers market! The only thing was that there was no hand soap or body soap in the condo! Otherwise, this was an absolute perfect spot for a quick getaway— 10 minutes from the airport as well! "

"Great property. Know that it is a residence building and there isn’t access like a traditional apartment. Walk and getting in and out wouldn’t be easy with lots of bags. And not easy if you want to go in and out with a car regularly. Otherwise unit was comfortable and well maintained. Roof top deck is a nice plus 😉"

"Excellent experience - facility was 10 minute walk from conference center. KLVG sends very clear instructions how to check-in and check-out. Apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities - coffee maker with coffee pods, iron, ironing board, pots/pans/dishes, even a Brita water pitcher. Facility has a nice swimming pool. Most of the residents seem to be twenty-sonethings so a very youthful vibe. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved how spacious and clean the apartment was. We were there for a baseball tournament. Loved having a full kitchen and two restrooms. We would have liked to have known there was not towels for the pool. We had to wash towels constantly since there was only one towel per person to use for bathing and the same ones for the pool. The towels were very small too. But grateful for laundry soap and the washer and dryer in the apartment to wash them. Our kids loved the pool and my son loved the...
