"DO NOT RENT THIS! This is falsely adverted with what they are offering. This place was nasty! We arrived after 1am and walked into a horrible cigarette smell covered by perfume. The towels were dirty, rotting baseboards, extremely uncomfortable beds, the hallway and “common area” were even worse. Filthy, unsafe, furniture flipped and scattered everywhere and the best part is nobody will make them do any type of refund. We woke up in the morning and got out of here as fast as possible leaving us...

"This was such a horrible experience. :(( The manager tried to give me money to not write this review, but I would rather warn people. We arrived a family of three with an 8-month old baby. We had driven all day and arrived at 6pm to find that they had given us a one bedroom apt with a single bed rather than the three bedroom apt we had reserved and paid for. The front desk was closed, and when we called their number, the manager said that he could see that we had booked and paid for a 3...

"Nice place but the room wasn’t clean when we came, there were crumbs on the couch and hair on the bed. My husband stepped on glass in the hallway. Weed smoke was also just constantly stinking up the room from the other unit, not the owners fault but an inconvenience. Other than the lack of cleanliness I would say it’s a nice stay, just expect a cleaner place when we’re paying for the cleaning fee and giving a 200 dollar deposit plus the room. "

"An amazing place to stay for a fun evening at the lovely restaurants in Jerome (and be able to enjoy a glass of wine and not have to drive down the mountain), and shopping the next morning :) The mountain view from the deck is fantastic, the star gazing is amazing and the home has all the essentials you need. Perfect location for walking to everything. "

"We booked this vacation with the intention of swimming and laying by the pool. We grocery shopped since there was a kitchen. But an hour after checking in, we got a message that the pool was closed indefinitely during our stay. After many back and forth messages with Cozy Suites, I was told we could not cancel, but would be compensated for the days the pool was closed. So we left right away, booked a hotel nearby, and had to throw away some of the groceries since we no longer had a kitchen. ...

"Clean suite for a great price, check in and out were a breeze. The only issue was the blinds in the master bedroom had broken slats that left the feeling people could see in and the street facing window in the second bedroom didn’t lock so we had to buy a dowel and a saw for peace of mind."
