"We came for a family celebration and the condo was in a perfect location. Close to everything. Parking was great and NO issues with water pressure. We especially appreciated the 3 gallon water dispenser with the heat during the Labor Day weekend. This condo is all about location, location. We highly recommend it, and would definitely stay here again. "

"This condo is perfect for 2! It’s in a quiet, security-gated complex with a courtyard pool. Very clean and plenty of amenities. We only had to walk about 5 minutes to find the nightlife and it’s a quick drive to the waterfront. "

"This condo was even better than the listing showed. It was a perfect place to return to after enjoying the day exploring all Lake Havasu has to offer. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have two bedrooms/two bathrooms. The patio offered a comfortable place to unwind, and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. We really enjoyed our time and hope to return for another visit."

"So the first thing is the view, amazing and then the short walk to the canal. It gives you the ability to walk back to the room after waking up early to put your boat in the canal, cause everyone knows getting a spot is the canal is no easy feat mid to late morning. We were a little worried the first day when the fridge was not working. But I actually just turned the fridge up from the coldest setting and it began to get cold. We are all looking forward to our next trip."
