"The staff is very friendly "

"This resort was so well-kept, and offered so many activities for kids and adults alike. The high ceilings in our room were wonderful, the pool and restaurant were good, and the staff went above and beyond to make fun activities each day. My only small complaint is that the walls are noticeably thin in the villas. Ours was on the highway side, and there was a good bit of traffic noise, so I would request a villa on the quieter sides of the resort. We could also hear our neighbors' conversations....

"If you’ve never stayed at a Sentral before, give yourself A LOT of extra time to figure things out. Since my stay was outside of the normal operating hours, there is no staff to help you with anything. So upon arrival, there weren’t any clear signs on which parking area was which. Then once I figured out the parking garage, I didn’t know how to get out because the doors are all key fob access. So I went out the exit and prayed I wouldn’t get locked out in the street.
