"Owner was easy to communicate with and attentive. Just in passing we mentioned that we could use some more coffee filters because we drink a lot of coffee, so he left us a larger coffee maker as well as the filters . It's the little things that make a rental special. "

"We cannot say enough about what an amazing cabin Denise has provided. We only left for a few hours, but otherwise spent the entire vacation at the cabin, enjoying the decks.There are so many special nuances that are provided at the cabin. You really don’t need to bring anything other than a good book! The neighborhood is absolutely lovely for walks, and we were blessed to have elk and deer in the yard several times!Denise is wonderful! Cannot say enough about what a fantastic host she is! "I want to start by saying how amazing the host is! She responded to all of my questions right away and was very friendly! The Kabin is gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it justice! We were very impressed with the place and the beautiful back porch. We got to see elk every day while there. She had breakfast items there for us which we greatly appreciated. I can’t say enough great things about this Koxy Kabin and host! We can for a family wedding and all of the cabins on the wedding property were...

"To say our stay at the lovely "Rustic Retreat" was everything we'd hoped it would be, is an extreme understatement!Everything was perfect....and so much better than the pictures portrayed . We spent most of our time outdoors...nestled among the ponderosa pines....soaking in the sun and the crisp mountain air. Inside was cozy and intimate....just right for we two. All the amenities were well thought out as well....and Sona was an amazing host.Cant wait to do it again....we will be back! "

"I stayed with a group of 8th graders for a class trip to AZ and the home had plenty of space to accommodate us. The children loved the game room and other tables games throughout the house. Those who enjoyed quieter activities liked reading on the comfy couches, outdoor chairs and hammock. The house was close to a lot of the activities we did. "

"It was everything we wanted and needed. Sitting outside in the morning watching the deer walk through the yard was amazing. We had plenty of room. Water pressure was excellent! Very quiet and peaceful. The sitting room was lovely lots of games and a tv to watch shows in the evening. So convenient to town . Just lovely! Thank you for offering such an amazing home. "
