"The apartment was cozy and clean. The description and photos were pretty accurate, but do note that the decor for every apartment is slightly different. I love that check-in was fuss-free and entry into the building and apartment was via a digital code. It’s easy to get into central London via the Thameslink or the Jubilee line. Neighbourhood is bustling. Good eateries around the area and a short walk to the very trendy Hampstead Heath. There’s a washer and combi dryer in the apartment...

"Stay like a home It was a fantastic time to stay in Hampstead with Oak & Poppy! The facilities are authentic and modern, with very quiet surroundings so we had a rest very well. We would definitely like to come back here for the next holiday. "

"Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the pile of trash (a couple feet high) stretching across the entire front of the building and impeding the walkway to the entrance. The floors were dirty, the beds, showers, and floors had hair and gum. Unfortunately, so much needed to be fixed that we spent a good deal of our vacation time trying to get that just straightened out.
