"This place has so much to do for the kids from rock climbing, ziplining(9:30-10:30am), water slides, soccer, basketball, game room , mini putt etc. They even thought of the adults. You could have your own time without the kids if you left them in the care of the staff at the kids pool/area. They had an adults only pool too! The entertainment crew are all beyond amazing!! This place was clean and the service was great. "

"I didn't think the bar drinks warranted the high price they asked. Too expensive! At check out I was fine to pay our consumables charged to our room. However, there were unexplained taxes, sewage use from the city, and many other items that could not be explained to me. I want to have all of that expense up front and paid when I book the room. Very disappointing."

"I have already started telling friends and family who are considering going to Cancun to come to The Moon Palace. My husband and I were a little nervous because we had a not great experience at a different all inclusive in the DR. "Alt godt borsetfra at hvis man vil købe en flaske vand. Gik ned til receptionen og blev henvist til room service fordi der er ingen form for kiosk på hotellet. 750ml bragt til værelset for 150 MXN som svar til 60 DKK. Så forventer tjeneren drikkepenge oveni. Bestemt i overkanten. "
