Located in a small village it has everything you can imagine when thinking of sceneries known from english films and TV series.
Add to that the landlord David who apart from being a very interesting person to meet himself also is extremely kind, informative and helpful.
We will most certainly book "the Manor" another time."

"The staff were very welcoming. The room was amazing. The breakfast choices were varied. My wife had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast and i had the big full english, both of which were cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. We highly recommend you stay here if you get the chance."

"From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The room was comfortable & toiletries were provided. We had an evening meal there, and food was wonderful.

"Great place to say with exceptional food as always even though we didn't eat there on dinner there on this occasion. We had a very comfortable sleep. The room was lovely. Guy is very friendly and goes over and beyond to cater to your needs and so do the other two gentlemen. We had a full English which was sublime. Compliments to the chef EVERYTIME. We look forward to staying again. Hats off the whole team!"

"The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!"

The Polish lad (I think) who works there was really friendly, helpful, and quirky. "I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes.
