But we ended up being pleasantly surprised by how clean, updated, and bright our room and the lobby were. Plus, the front desk staff (Shubha?) was very friendly and helpful. Another bonus: the hotel is close to a H Mart and several restaurants. Will stay here again when visiting family in Glenview. "

"This was hands down the BEST hotel experience I have ever had, and have had in a long time. Immediately upon entering the hotel, the staff was so warm and welcoming. I was traveling alone, so this is especially important to feel safe and welcomed. However, even if I wasn’t traveling alone, I believe I would still feel that welcome and support, as this seems like a genuine priority for them. I got into town a couple of hours early before checkin, and they graciously found me a room to check in...

"The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The one suggestion I have would be to install some water bottle filling stations.(like Elkay). A lot of people myself included trying to fill our water bottles from the glass cooler is by the front desk. Kind of a sanitation problem because the mouth of everyone’s bottle is touching the faucet."

"Nice little holiday inn in wheeling prospect heights area. Lots of parking close to hotel.., good layout for the mobility impaired where you dont have that much walking to get comfy. They actually had a decent breakfast although i wanted some juice i couldnt find. Not to say it wasnt there i didnt see it. Close to major roads. "
