"This hotel is immaculate, the room, the bathroom and everywhere else. It is really spotless: from the beddings to the towels. The window shutters and carpet are of exceptional quality! Lots of choices of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room! The small fridge and a hairdryer look brand new as well. Brilliant! "The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away.
My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here."
"Hyggelig B&B med fin service fra ejernes side. Morgenmaden blev fremstillet ved bestilling og var meget velsmagende. King's Lynn er en hyggelig by med gode spisesteder, der ligesom centrum, ligger i gåafstand fra Fairlight Lodge."

What looked like a full kitchen setup ie. Cooker hob sink plenty in a slim units well equipped.
A huge very comfy king size bed. At the end of the room was a free standing roll top...

Bread source breakfast was delicious! Home made bread source biscuits with their amazing coffee in the room was lovely to have on arrival and again first thing in the morning. Highly recommend, everything was as advertised. "
