"Beautiful quiet location, Plenty of space outside on the patio and also inside . Staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was very good with an over fill carpark. Food was very good and breakfast was good value and very nice, If anything, the bedrooms were a little on the small side and rooms need a bit of freshening up. "We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "

"Quiet location no breakfast but it is a motel and the pub next door don’t do breakfast so come prepared other than that the room and bathroom are bigger than most and it it was so clean and comfortable, bed is massive and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. Pub staff very polite and helpful. But book a table as it’s very busy. "
