"The hotel feels nice and new breakfast is okay the guy at check inn was friendly and helpful we landed in Orlando just before the Dorian and he help with all the information and route we should take"
"The rooms are clean and the staff is excellent, the only thing i would change is the free breakfast schedule, they should add an extra hour until 10am."

"I asked for a crib and the person at lobby went above and beyond to get one to my room as soon as possible, given that the person in charge of doing that was gone for the day. "
"We would like additional lounge chairs at the pool.
Not a fan of pillow top mattress. Very uncomfortable when it’s old. Seating in suites are uncomfortable. Could have just been our particular room… but we stay here a lot and I see a change in upkeep. The common areas are kept very clean though. "

"Excellent hotel. Clean, amazing front desk staff. Only downside was the bar/food counter was out of several items. We ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup but they were out of soup. Guy asked if we'd take a salad as a substitute. The salad was a bowl of arugula. No dressing or any other ingredients. We were too tired to walk back downstairs to ask for salad dressing.
Overall super great stay.... just check your food order before going back to your room! "
