Wedding weekend

Our family gathered for a wedding in Mt Dora this was a great place for our part of the family to stay and not be too far away from the festivities.

Relaxing and peaceful

We had the best stay at the farmhouse! The house was clean, relaxing and cozy, and well stocked with everything you would need! The kids loved the open shower downstairs and playing in the pool. Our stay was so enjoyable we already started planning our next trip!

A great alternative to the typical Florida tourist experience!

We loved staying in this historical farmhouse next to a field with cows! The town of Mount Dora is so wonderful, and we had a great time. If you're not people who need to lie on the beach all day when you're in Florida, give this place a try!

Old Florida Living

Very charming location in Lake county fl. The property is in the country but loose enough to Lake Dora and Eustis. Good central location if interested in visiting FL springs. Host was very communicative.

Secluded Old World Farmhouse

Our family get-together at this wonderful farmhouse exceeded our expectations. The house is charming, comfortable, and well-equipped. We made great use of the gourmet kitchen, the gardens and pool, the 2 fire-pits, and exploring the woods. It was a quick 15 minutes into Mount Dora, and 20 minutes to Wekiwa Springs. We all had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and will come back in the near future for sure!

Must Stay- Country Charm

The property manager so quick to respond to our questions and needs. Extremely accommodating. The property sits on 6 acres adjacent to pastures. Total privacy and solitude. We wanted a place to relax and recharge and this property delivered. A beautifully maintained southern home with an awesome in-ground pool, gas grill, deck and a full complement of patio furniture.

Charming home

Very charming, large home with amazing chefs kitchen. Confortabke wrap around porch with lots of places to eat outside. Beautiful pool. We all enjoyed the outside firepit on a cool night. Mattresses were top quality. Highly recommend. night.

Cousin Camp

Annual trip where grandparents take their grandkids, no parents allowed, on a get away. This year we went to Mount Dora and stayed in this comfortable farm house. we took the kids to Leesburg where they went roller skating, did an escape room, laser tag, movie, go cart riding, played games, and splashed in the pool at the farmhouse. We all had a great time

If you love southern comfort…

The farmhouse was absolutely amazing. The time spent on the porch in the evenings was magical. The fun we had in and around the pool was awesome. The moments we dined together at the table were special. The entire time we spent at the Grow’s Farmhouse is what special memories are made of. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Gorgeous and the luck house!

Five moms with our teen daughters traveled to the area for a volleyball tournament and we left with amazing memories in part to this beautiful home...and our girls won the tournament so I will always believe the house had a part in that!Communications with the host were prompt and detailed.House was easy to find using Google maps, even arriving late at night.Area seemed safe and tranquil.We did bring some groceries with us but house pretty much had everything we needed for our stay.Too cold for the pool, but a few of us were tempted in a cold plunge because it was so beautiful.We all fell in love with the area and the house.Mt Dora is just a few minutes away and a must see.Wonderful stay, experience and memories!

When staying at 100 year old property, you can expect a unique experience. Overall, we loved our stay and would return. It was a great place for a large group. The only downside was the only downstairs bedroom which was a small room with convertible sofa. The sofa is very hard and we did have a member of our family who really needed to stay downstairs due to a disability. There are many levels and lots of stairs so not ideal if you do have someone with mobility issues. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Thank you!

AMAZING house and location!

I arranged this trip for ladies from my quilting group that I taught before retirement. It was a perfect spot for us to meet and enjoy quilting together and shopping at wonderful town, Mt. Dora. Two fabulous quilt shops close by and wonderful places to eat. The house was like a step back in time! So comfortable and homey. HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing property and location

First thing the kids said as they walked in was "this house is haunted". Within the hour they declared the house ghost free and loved the pool and sleeping in the upstairs kids room. As for the adults, it was a pleasure staying in this lively property. It is not your cookie cutter kind of house, it has real character. We went to Kings landing and Mt. Dora. Everything was closer than expected and so convenient. 10/10 would stay here again!
