Escape to Mountain View Sanctuary, this hidden gem in the mountains will have you in awe from the moment you arrive! As the name indicates, the views of the mountains are amazing! You're also just 10 min. to downtown Weaverville and 16 min. to downtown Asheville.

A beautiful log cabin with an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, sliding glass doors in great room, floor-to-ceiling windows in loft area & skylights give this home a bright, airy feeling. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen or on the grill and then gather at the dining table or out on the deck to enjoy the long range views.

With plenty of space, you have 4 guest rooms, each charmingly decorated with your comfort in mind. Everyone will enjoy the game room or time by the fire pit. Or wind down each night with a soak in the hot tub while enjoying the evening mountain views. Bring your dog and come stay at this mountain sanctuary!!

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Very nice cabin, gorgeous views

15 minutes out of Asheville suburbs. The cabin is up on a steep hillside with view of a valley and distant mountains. The land immediately around the cabin has been levelled which is nice. Fast wifi, good cellular. Nice fire pit outside with even fire tools and towels for the hot tub by the back door. Well lit for people who want to read actual books, and very comfortable furniture. Above average appointed cabin. Minor downsides: Neighbors are not in view but the land around the cabin is owned, so you can't really take walks or hikes except down the road. the oven cooks hot near the bottom of it but normal on higher racks and most of the barware is plastic. The pool table is smaller than normal, and has a ping pong table that lay on top of it, but it's not really level. Property management is Yonder, and they do a great job -- very responsive.

Perfection!

The house was perfect! Only 15 minutes to downtown Asheville, the home was immaculately clean, spacious and so well-decorated and furnished. The view was absolutely spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful stay in the mountains

The house is as pictured and described. Planned on spending more time in Asheville, but then that changed as our preference was to sit out on the deck and overlook the landscape. It was a very serene stay.

Wonderful weekend

I come to Weaverville all the time but this was a special double anniversary weekend with my husband and my parents with lots of family. We loved the house. It had everything we needed plus more for our kids and us. We will be back!

Holiday family time

Mountain Getaway Paradise

Stayed here over the last 2 nights with a party of 5 and we each agreed this was the best rental property we have been to. The house had an AMAZING view, clean, spacious, and fully furnished with everything you need. The home is only 25 minutes from Biltmore, but far enough from Asheville that we felt more at peace. We felt right at home and agreed we would be returning to this property in the near future.

Beautiful Property!

Three girlfriends and I spent three nights here for our 21st-annual girlfriend getaway! The home is absolutely gorgeous and the views are amazing! We had everything we needed and then some; the only problem was that our stay was much too short!!

Wonderful stay with amazing views

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved having our meals on the deck, sitting around the fire pit every night and soaking in the hot tub. The view of the mountains was absolutely incredible! So many gorgeous sunsets. We made many incredible memories here. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the driveway has a lot of rather large potholes that can be challenging to navigate in a car. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Other reviewers concerned us on what to expect of the driveway. It was a beast but we weren’t in snow or rain. We had to gun it a few times but totally doable. The house was so very well equipped (parchment paper included!) and well organized that we decided to come back from town with enough time to use the hot tub, sit by the fire pit, prepare & cook dinner each night for sunset. The views were amazing, the beds were comfortable, the couch was inviting and a great place to gather. We were in luxury! We would recommend this house to everyone. The only household item we ran out of during our stay was paper towels.

Great property, beautiful view

Beautiful views, private and very well stocked both in kitchen and all other needs. Location is great, close to Asheville and the Biltmore. Only reason we did not give it 5 stars was the hot tub was green and cloudy and unusable which was disappointing but otherwise it was a great property. Would consider renting again.

Perfect fit

This was a perfect property for our family. We visited with grandparents and adult children. The house gave everyone their own space and had everything you needed. I usually stock extra necessities because they aren't provided, but I didn't need a thing. Location was just far enough from Asheville and has a beautiful view. Hope to visit again. The only thing it needed was more sleeping space on the bottom floor to spread people out better.

The Perfect Getaway!

We adored our time at this property. Beautiful, updated, and so special! The property was spotless and management was incredibly responsive. We had a small issue with the hot tub, and they sent out someone to fix it within hours. We forgot the code to get back inside after having left the phone with the email information inside of the house. We called and they were more than willing to confirm we had the right code. Great views, great amenities, and PERFECT management! We can’t wait to stay here again one day.

Wonderful for a family vacation!

The house was clean and super cute! Beautiful at night with lots of pretty lighting. The downstairs den area was plenty of fun during the rain with the ping pong/air hockey table. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots & pans, everything you could need if you want to cook. We brought the pups and they were very happy. Be sure your dogs have their flea & tick protection as you are in the mountains so when they go outside, they will pick up ticks. We saw beautiful deer in the driveway! Enjoyed Geraldine's Bakery for morning treats :)

Great place for a vacation!

There were 6 adults in our party and the house was so comfortable with plenty of space for us all to spread out. It's very clean and modern, and pretty much everything you need is there. It's one of the most well-appointed rentals we've ever stayed in. We went in late Nov/early Dec. and had fun making s'mores by the fire pit. The view is also spectacular. It's very relaxing. The driveway is very steep and part of it is rocky. It might be tough for a regular car if the roads were icy. The master bedroom has sky lights that do not have shades - that's one of the only things we wished the place had because the windows are right above your head and will wake you at sunrise. The location is great for visiting Asheville - about 15-20 minutes.

Peaceful Stay!

The cabin was beautiful with very nice decor and finishes. It was well stocked with supplies. However, getting there was a bit difficult; I wouldn't try it without a 4-wheel drive vehicle. Overall we had a great time at the property and would return.
