"We enjoyed our stay at Gennoya. It was very close to the metro station and centrally located. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay."

"It was too hot because the AC was supposed to be turned on by guests. We put up with being sweaty for 6 hours until the weak AC finally worked enough. And then, the AC suddenly stopped. We tried to reset it but it never worked again. The AC, that also sprashed water, probably has a problem. We hope you would maintain the AC and wouldn't save cooling cost in shared area."

"Ryokan Sansuiso is a great! Stayed once as a solo traveler. It felt safe and clean. I had a room with the bathroom. Tatami mats are comfortable and the a/c runs well. Second time, we had hall bathrooms, which are right around the corner. It feels like someone’s home and not hotel. It’s a home and feels like it. We booked 3 rooms for 5 nights.
