EUROPEAN APARTBEACH 2 VERY BRIGHT AND LARGE TERRACE NEXT TO THE BEACH:
Magnificent apartment IN THE CENTER of LA PINEDA. It is ideal for a good family vacation with all the services and the beach right on the doorstep. The apartment has a capacity for 6 people and a LARGE TERRACE to enjoy everything from family breakfasts to dinners with a good wine. Excellently located, it is ideal for spending an unforgettable vacation. The apartment is part of the EUROPEOS residential complex near the beach (2 minutes walk), the Aquopolis Water Park, Port Aventura and the bus stop (150 meters).

The Apartment is 70 mt and consists of:

-1 bedroom with double bed (135 cm) and built-in wardrobe (2 people)

-1 room with 2 single beds (90 cm), with wardrobe (2 people)

- Living room with double sofa bed (2 people), air conditioning, table and chairs. From the living room you have access to a large terrace where you can eat and rest.

- Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, complete cutlery and crockery, etc.

- Pets are NOT accepted.

- In front of the residential there is a large parking lot.

La Pineda is a seaside urban center on the Costa Dorada, quiet and modern, located between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively city of Salou and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.It is the perfect balance to spend your vacation, especially if you have a family with children and are looking for a break and disconnection from work and the stress of the city without leaving aside everyone's fun. In La Pineda you will not be disappointed, since it has a lot to offer you in summer.Without a doubt, the main attraction of La Pineda is its large beach of fine golden sand, which makes it particularly popular for family tourism, although not only.In Pineda you can find the Aquopolis water park (Water park with giant slides, swimming pools, marine fauna shows and restaurants). The Lumine Beach Club, the location of the complex is especially beautiful as it is located a few meters from the seashore, with several swimming pools to try, a great gastronomic offer, as well as a golf course.The Costa Daurada has the certification of Family Tourism Destination. House's rules:

1º.We are available for any questions so that you have a pleasant stay.

2nd.The apartment is rented with sheets, towels are optional for payment (€4 pax).

3º. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 11:00 to 20:00) at other times the keys will be collected in a safe with code in our office in Salou

Entry time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there are any guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am

4º. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left in its place.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6º.It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7º.Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are paid).

8th. Wi-Fi is FREE
