"Very nice room, clean and good condition No room service or breakfast in restaurant. However, our refrigirator was filled every day with fruit, juice, milk and oatmeals for breakfast. Free the and coffee as well. No actual reception, check in at the bar, but fine welcome and go-thru room and expectations. Some noise from bar during evening, but not late and you are welcome to join and taste one of the many differnt gin available in the bar 😊"

"Great spot close to Twickenham and Twickenham Stoop. Lively bar with a nice atmosphere. Small miss-hap with my payment as I made it part in cash, but it was sorted quickly and professionally. Bargain price for the area and a good (included!) breakfast. Main improvement I would make is a bathroom refurb in the rooms - was clean but very worn. "

"Used the Kilburn Arms just for one night during our family’s trip to London as its only about 12 minute walk from a Jubilee tube line. Nice and friendly staff, who showed us to our room. We had a family room (quadruple) which was great for us. King size bed and 2 single beds. All very comfy. Parking was for free just on the side street,but that’s because we visited this over weekend. So we left the car there after we checked out and returned to it just as we were travelling back home. Not...

"Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks. Contacted Hotel.com but no support either, they said not much they can do and issue being...
