"My family of 4 had a great stay at Rick’s home. The duplex had everything we needed for our visit. The beach chairs, umbrella, and shark tooth sifter were a huge bonus. Downtown was an easy walk and there is a park at the end of the street that the kids enjoyed. The beach wasn’t walkable for us due to the amount of stuff we had. As others have stated, the neighborhood is nice and quiet."

"Everything about this stay was perfect! Located in a quiet, gated neighborhood. The home is beautifully decorated and is supplied with everything you need. Our host was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. The location is ideal, with a short drive to many fun-filled things to do. Minor issues, the front door really sticks making it difficult to open and to lock. Couldn’t get tvs to work (some internet connectivity issue) but we were not inside enough for it to be a problem worth calling about. Would recommend!!"

"They were so accommodating at Tropical Villas. As part of your stay you had beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, coffee pods, sand sifter, beach towels (all in your villa). On-site you have access to use bicycles and washer n dryer at no extra charge. The Elite Villa we stayed in had direct access to the enclosed bug free pool. Our room was extremly clean and reminiscent of old school Florida cottage. The grounds were lush and they even had a sweet little wild brown bunny who wondered around...
