Hoteller med pool i Upper West Side

"Always amazing, the staff is the best, location great and the rooms are perfect"

"The rooms are very dated. We moved to another room because the one we were given smelled of old carpet and had torn wall paper. The next room had the exact same decor but at least it didn't smell. Both room also very noisy Aircon system from both the inside and outside. Fantastic location, helpful staff."

"Room was fine - a little dated and drab, although seems like they are mid remodel at the moment. In terms of having a family of 5 with multiple rooms and bathrooms in NYC, it was great. The neighborhood is great and the access to Central Park was perfect. Overall great location in a slightly quieter part of town."

"Room #1205: Awesome NYC location / Amazing view from the "Central Park View room - king" / However filthy windows ruining any chance of taking decent pictures of the view / Small room / Comfy bed / Nice bathroom amenities / Quiet hallway / Street noise noticeable on 12th floor / No fridge / No in room coffee - tea facilities / No complimentary water / Indifferent hotel staff for the most part."

"Receptionen var ikke specielt servicemindede, da vi ankom. Lidt ubehagelig attitude. I poolområdet sad der en ung medarbejder fredag eftermiddag, vedkommende så youtube eller lignende - højt uden ear pots - og der var ikke ryddet op. Det flød med brugte håndklæder. "
