"Vi følte os ikke velkomne på hotellet. Personalet var hverken venlige eller særlig akkommoderende.
Stranden var ubrugbar pga den årlige tang invasion, det kan hotellet selvfølgelig ikke gøre for, men de valgte samtidigt at renovere ved poolen, så den også var ubrugbar. Generelt var renovering af hotellet en gene, da de begyndte tidligt om morgenen, og vi var ikke blevet informeret om at dette ville foregå under vores ophold.
Værelset så fint ud, men luften var fugtig og klam som i en kælder....

Al estar dentro del parque Jaguar te da mucha seguridad sin embargo hay que tener encuenta que eso cuesta y tener que pagar el coste de entrada diario si vas en estancia larga pues no me parece justo cuando no tienes pensado visitar el mismo."

"This is not a typical hotel experience. First you are on the beach there are no concrete walkways around the property its all sand to stay with the natural part of being in the national park. Its very quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

You do have to pay a small fee to enter the national park that fee is not part of the booking fee. I think it was 120 pesos aday
The hotel is nothooked he power grid so they run off a generator. It shuts off for an hour every day. Which means the...
"I enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed the hotel. It was clean. The only thing that was terrible was the bathroom. The toilet kept clogging when it flush right but staff was great and it was clean."

"The staff and location were excellent. From the concierge, Jacqueline, and the rest of the staff the service was top-notch. The restaurant was excellent, and the deck had gorgeous view. I would recommend to anybody wanting to stay at a beautiful location."

"The service and welcome was great. The room was also fine and clean. The only negative thing was the noise from the road and dogs around, which was an annoying factor. But decent place and okay value for money. The pool didn't appear to be very clean. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk out of the main town, but nothing major."
