"Quiet hotel, fairly clean (musky odor in hallway and upon entering the room), good breakfast..didnt like the outside pool and the fact that i thought i would get a room with a sofa bed but didnt.⁰"

"Rent hotel og venligt personale. Familieværelset med 2 Queen senge havde også stort skrivebord, sofa og thekøkken. Dejligt med plads. Swimmingpoolen lå desværre ud til parkeringspladsen og der var ikke sol ved poolen om eftermiddagen."

"Foul oders everywhere, changed rooms due to stains on the bed, second room had holes in the comforter. Not much effort put forward to maintenance. Side entrance doors didnt work. "

"People are nasty at the facility, night shift front desk was nice and polite. Bathroom had no shower curtain and nasty roaches on the pull out bed. "

"Rooms were nice and clean. Free breakfast was misleading. It was coffee and a crossiant. Real breakfast was $22 a person. "

"What was good. Towels, fast elevators, noise and light control, hot water. Water pressure would be a 7 out of 10. What wasn't good: A/C. I had to move rooms after the first night bc the air would not blow cold enough and the nose coming from the fan was annoying. Engineer said some rooms have that noise and others don't so beware. The new room had a very slow draining sink which the mgr offered to fix but I was checking out so... $32 a night for valet. Very limited street parking. Either pay...

"If you are staying in Frisco this hotel is a great choice. Clean safe convenient. Room was spotless. Has a Starbucks in lobby. Breakfast included was nothing spectacular but more than adequate, Service outstanding. Only caveat, parking. Limited self park option I valeted for extra 33.00 dollars a day, Will stay here again"

"When I was checking in to the hotel the clerk became argumentative in my request for a room change due to the nonfunctional AC system that the manger had to be aware of beforehand. Secondly, The trash container at the entrance doors was overflowing and smelled."

"We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....
