First off: outstanding location! Toei Subway and JR surface rail are very close for super easy access to the other major cities. So much within walking distance too. Like many other hotels, this one has an automated check-in/check-out kiosk (very easy), with staff on stand-by, 24/7, if you need to speak with someone. Most front desk staff spoke English well enough. If you can meet them half-way, even with broken Japanese, their well trained sense of "omotenashi", hospitality, should shine. The room was clean and well kept but showed the high volume of stays it received. We stayed in a corner double and there was just barely enough space for two adults, two large suitcases and our carry-on's. The bed often doubled as a packing/sorting area. The empty mini fridge was great, we made good use of it (i hate it when hotels stock up the fridge and charge you as soon as something is removed). The Japanese style soaking tub is awesome after a long day and the hot water is always available with great water pressure. I would definitely stay here again and if they have larger rooms, i would opt for one of those next time. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay!!
