"Housekeeping never made the bed. The only reason I knew housekeeping came in was because my garbage was taken out. I even got nervous because who takes the garbage and not make the bed? The front office was very accommodating and professional. "

With freeway traffic, it was too noisy to hear the desk clerk, who only mouthed “license” & “card”, took our cards & left, later returning to bring us room keys & say “thanks”. No instructions on where the room was, parking, WiFi, etc. The room was clean, & the bedding looked new, but the furniture was older & weathered. You could feel a bit of humidity, so the bed sheets felt slightly sticky/damp...

The floor and the bath was chipped and cracked. The bedside lamp didn’t work. Would never stay there ever...
