"Good messaging with Host. We a great house! The house is dated but the beds are great. The kitchen is decent size. We LOVED THIS PLACE! All the rooms are great, perfect outdoor area. The pool is great ! This place is close to wineries and grocery stores. The views are amazing, We had no issues with the house, bunkhouse, and the pool. Definitely recommend staying here! This home would be a great place for family reunions, group getaways, We will most likely stay here again. "

" This is a very beautiful, quiet, secluded property. Lots of trees and shade made it possible to enjoy the outside during the July heat. The house had a great layout for our family vacation. We just hung out at the property the entire time. "

"Having recently stayed here to attend my nephew’s high school graduation, my niece was so enchanted with the property she asked to have her 14th birthday celebration here. With a few friends, they had a great time. They spent the majority of their time in the game room and the adults outside on the comfortable patio. Amenities include everything you might need and the bedrooms are very comfortable. And of course the alpacas are fabulous! We will definitely stay here again,"

"Marfa vibe very close to town but just far enough to feel like you are in the vastness of Texas wilderness."

"The house was perfectly with a great ranch theme. They had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a grilling area out back. The best part were the horses surrounding the house. My daughter loved going out every morning to great them. I highly recommend staying here if coming to the Ft Worth area!"
