Betjeningen er generelt god og personalet er høflige og hjælpesomme. Priserne på maden kunne være billigere, men portionerne og kvaliteten er god, så det opvejede for priserne. "Our stay at Casa Escosa was just as we imagined it! This is one of the most beautiful homes we’ve ever stayed in. Elder and Elda were wonderful, prompt, professional, and very attentive. "the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up."
